2 New Limited Editions
’32 Ford Hot Rod Coupe
Following the tradition of the first two limited editions, the Nightfire Delivery
and the Ignitor Sedan, the fenderless coupe is painted
candy apple red with blended yellow to orange flames.
Featuring a special set of Goodyear real riders,
this 1/64th die cast collectible comes on a standard sized
blisterpak. The car has been produced in commemoration
of eighteen years of one of this nation’s premiere nostalgia
drag races, the Oldies Hot Rod Drags at Firebird.
In total, Mattel Toys has produced 12,000 pieces of the Deuce.
The highboy will be offered by Firebird for $19 (plus $3.50 for priority shipping).
’33 Ford Roadster Midnight Cruzer
At the same time, the first Hot Wheels for the Boise Roadster Show.
In honor of the twenty-seven year motorsport’s tradition
in Idaho. The full-fendered beauty
is painted black, with a set of red-hot flames on both sides of
the car, which rides on chromed six-spoke Pro Circuit wheels.
The roadster comes on a blue blistercard and has been limited
to a production run of 12,000 cars. The roadster will be made
available for $19 (plus $3.50 for priority shipping).
